We are extending an invitation to local vendors, dance groups, artisans and musicians to take part in this celebration. We will block off one of our main streets downtown to accommodate participating vendors and entertainers.
We do have a small entertainment budget but we are hoping for entertainers looking for exposure and gas money. We will have two stages. One on the street and one in a beer garden. We will provide a professional sound system and a sound engineer to insure your group is heard throughout the festival area. We will schedule acts starting at 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturday and Noon to 4:00 PM on Sunday.
We will have two areas for vendors. All food vendors will be required to meet all County health codes. Check with the County of Riverside. Other vendors will be selected based on their ability to conform to our theme. Commercial vendors may not secure a spot unless they can show conformance to the theme. The vendor spaces will be 10’x10’ spaces. The vendor applications will be posted to our web site in the next few weeks.
Sponsorships are welcomed and needed to help us make this an event to remember and to plan on coming back to. We will have a program for advertising which will be distributed to all our guest. Please check our web site for more information as it becomes available.
